Paul is a Senior Associate at iLaw.
Paul specialises in commercial disputes and works with individual and corporate clients engaged in high-value multi-jurisdictional disputes to deliver tailored, creative and pragmatic solutions.
Paul leads the Construction Disputes department at iLaw and is also heavily involved in the Business Crime and Civil Recovery department.
Prior to joining our firm, Paul practised at Partner level, leading a nationally recognised department specialising in business crime and civil recovery and acted as a financial crime advisor to one of the largest investment banks in the world. Individually, Paul is recognised by Chambers and Partners for his work in ‘POCA Work & Asset Forfeiture’.
Paul is admitted to practice in England and Wales, in Northern Ireland and in New York and is well placed to assist clients engaged in disputes with an international element.
Paul is actively engaged in the legal community as a member of the Fraud Lawyers Association (FLA), Proceeds of Crime Lawyers Association (POCLA) and the London Irish Lawyers Association (LILA).
Outside of his legal career, Paul enjoys a variety of sporting pursuits, including open water swimming.
