iLawyer - the new General Counsel service

In the current economic climate, it is crucial for businesses to have the best legal advice. If a problem arises with a key customer or supplier, for example, it could have devastating effects unless the right action is taken at an early stage. iLawyer is the new "general counsel" service offered by iLaw that helps our clients achieve this.

We effectively take on the role of a business's in-house lawyer where the business is not yet at a stage where it has hired its own lawyer, or we provide support to an existing in-house legal team. The iLawyer product involves: 

  • a low and fixed monthly fee for day to day legal advice, based on an assessment of the client's needs;

  • in situations where litigation is in prospect, cutting edge options to fund your costs and/or to hedge the outcome, that can make the difference between being able to fight a case or having to roll over.
