Senior lawyers join iLaw
iLaw, the niche technology/media City law firm, has made two further senior hires – Reinhard Schu and Rory O’Connor.
Reinhard Schu joins from Morrison & Foerster, where he was a senior associate in the firm’s London technology group. Reinhard is a dual qualified solicitor and German lawyer. He specialises in corporate/commercial work with a focus on technology and outsourcing contracts. The recruitment of Reinhard is testament to the success iLaw has had in winning high quality technology and outsourcing work.
Rory O’Connor joins from Furley Page, where he had been a partner and head of employment for 5 years. Prior to that, Rory had practised with Ernst and Young and Bird & Bird. Rory is an employment lawyer who, in addition to practising in the traditional areas of employment law, has expertise in transactional, executive and incentive scheme issues.
