iLaw shortlisted for Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Awards
iLaw has just been shortlisted in two categories for the prestigious Innovative Lawyers Awards, run by the Financial Times. The Awards recognise the most innovative law firms in Europe.
We have been shortlisted for the Awards for:
- Billing and Fees, for our innovative solutions aimed at ensuring all our clients obtain outstanding value from the high quality services that we provide. We have tailored a variety of different charging mechanisms to suit the different types of client that we represent and their varying legal requirements
- Human Resources, for our innovative recruitment and remuneration model. Our model is designed to incentivise our lawyers to provide the best possible service to clients, and to reward them for their contribution to the firm.
The Awards are highly competitive - entrants include the Magic Circle and many other top international firms. Our nominations reflect the fact that, although we are a small firm by comparison, our new model is recognised by the industry as offering a genuinely different approach, for the benefit of our clients.
The Award winners will be announced on 16 October 2008, followed by publication in the Financial Times on 17 October. For further details, please visit the Awards site.
