Natalie Davies
Natalie is a solicitor who has been with iLaw since 2008.
She obtained a 2(i) in Law at the University of Surrey, before being awarded a Commendation on the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford.
Natalie specialises in commercial litigation and employment law, and regularly helps clients on:
- Breach of contract claims
- Arbitration
- Enforcement of judgments
- Debt claims
- Restrictive covenants
- Drafting contracts of employment
- Compromise agreements
- Employment-related disputes.
She has been heavily involved in the largest piece of litigation in the UK, the multi-billion dollar fraud case of JSC BTA Bank v Ablyazov and others.
In her spare time, Natalie enjoys horse-riding, travel and the theatre.
