Tom Clark
Tom is an experienced commercial litigator. Having started his career in banking as an analyst at J P Morgan, he switched to law and qualified as a solicitor in 2005. Tom then spent five years working for Penningtons Solicitors in the City, working on high value and complex multi-jurisdictional cases, before joining iLaw in 2011.

Tom is currently acting for a corporate client on the multi-billion US dollar dispute between the Kazakh JSC BTA Bank and Mukhtar Ablyazov and others.
