• Advising a major healthcare provider in relation to a variety of technology and procurement contracts in the context of its £300m contract to provide mobile diagnostic services
• Advising a major provider of information and services to the motor trade and insurance industry on a significant product development teaming agreement with a well-known publisher
Prior to establishing iLaw, our lawyers gained a wealth of experience with their previous firms, which have included Clifford Chance, Allen & Overy and Osborne Clarke, such as:
• Advising Citibank in its role as the provider of software and services in the government’s outsourcing of its benefits payment system. This was one of the largest public/private finance initiatives in Europe in 2003/04
• Advising a leading US company in its provision of software and services in the South and South East Clusters under the national programme for information technology support for the NHS, considered one of the largest technology procurement transactions in the world
• Advising a variety of clients, both in the public sector and in the private sector, on technology and other procurement contracts governed by the Procurement Regulations, including advice on the pertinent procedures, as well as on the standard government contract terms, S-CAT and G-CAT.
