Welcome to iLaw, a modern law firm founded to cater for the commercial needs of modern businesses. iLaw is made up exclusively of highly experienced commercial lawyers. We are a commercial firm that specialises in technology, media and intellectual property.
While our lawyers have all been in practice for many years, we have a refreshingly young and flexible outlook, adapted to the modern business world. This means that duplication of time and effort, and associated cost increases, will be avoided. We recognise that what we do for clients has a value to the client, and we will always work with the client to identify the most cost-effective solutions for their needs, which includes looking at the way we charge. Given our high level of experience and industry knowledge, we will be able to assess the scope of legal work required and give you a fixed fee quote where appropriate, without necessitating a long list of assumptions. We are also able to offer day rates and volume discounts. Where agreed, we can work on traditional hourly rates, and can guarantee considerable cost savings compared with sourcing equivalent expertise from City law firms.
