You set our Fee
Many law firms claim to be customer-driven. We really are, so we are allowing our clients to determine the fees that they pay for our service.
If you are used to paying £400 - £700 an hour for a partner's time in a City law firm, you may be struggling to see the value that they add to your business to justify that rate. We are confident that you will be impressed by the quality of our work and our service levels, but we don't see why you should pay through the nose for a quality service.
How it works:
Simple. We will invite you to determine a fee that you wish to pay for a transaction at the outset. When the transaction finishes, you will be free to alter the amount (up or down) depending on your experience of our service. Alternatively, for disputes, you will simply be able to choose how much to pay when you know the outcome (although due to litigation rules, we will need to put a different arrangement in place in the unlikely event that the dispute proceeds to formal litigation, and you should be aware that the loser in formal litigation may have to pay a substantial part of the winner's costs).
This has the added benefit of enabling you to achieve budgetary certainty in relation to transactions and being able to pursue most disputes with low cost risk.
